When customers have completed 70% of the buying process without engaging with a single person and can complete many purchases online without ever interacting with a sales person, traditional, transactional sales tactics simply no longer work.

And true relationships build loyalty and referrals, resulting in a lucrative pipeline and ultimately catapulting sales professionals over their quotas and goals.
New and seasoned salespeople will learn the fundamentals of a consultative selling approach that creates win-win outcomes for their organizations and customers. This session will offer an overview of consultative selling and then dive deeper into vital sales skills like managing time effectively, focusing on priorities, and creating a compelling personal vision.

About the presenter
As team performance strategist at Dale Carnegie, Tamara Anderson assists individuals, groups and organizations to increase their effectiveness through executive coaching consultation and workshops, works to increase employee engagement and enhance and build their culture, and skillfully uses a blend of accelerated learning techniques to help employees lead, supervise, build teams, manage conflict, communicate effectively, make presentations and increase their sales. She serves on the Dale Carnegie Training Marketing Implementation Team, United Way Women’s Leadership Council, SBA Emerging Leaders and The Chamber’s Business Training committee. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration – Marketing from the University of North Dakota.
